Nature Supports Us in Healing Faster than Medication
I got married immediately after completing my B.Com. After marriage, I continued my education by pursuing an MBA. In the initial days, I struggled to manage both my household and studies. Being part of a family of five, the pressure led me to experience depression and anger.
One day, my professor assigned me a task to promote a wall paint. I needed a unique background for my project and stressed myself out trying to find the right art. Overwhelmed with anger and unable to tolerate the frustration, I started to splash paint onto a piece of paper by throwing a cotton swab dipped in paint. This act, surprisingly, helped reduce my anger and resulted in an unexpected yet wonderful background for my project. This experience taught me that relaxation can stretch our abilities and reward us with outstanding work.
Later, I faced a similar issue with work due to excessive pressure. To cope, as soon as I came home, I would spend time with the kids on my street. This helped me to be more creative, funny, happy, and energetic.
A happy person can demonstrate greater efficiency, which in turn can lead to the better development of our country.
